Nayanthara recently shared a cryptic note on her Insta Story amid her ongoing legal battle with actor Dhanush. Her post read, “Karma says!!! When you destroy someone’s life with lies, take it as a loan; it will come back to you with interest”.
This comes after Dhanush filed a case against Nayanthara and her husband, director Vignesh Shivan over the unauthorized use of clips from the film “Naanum Rowdy Dhaan” in their Netflix documentary.
The case was heard in the Madras High Court on November 27th, where the court directed the couple to respond to Dhanush’s allegations.
Dhanush legal notice demanded 10 crore in damages if the couple proceeded with using the clips. However, Nayanthara’s lawyer clarified that the footage used was from her personal archive and not owned by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films.
Earlier, She shared an open letter criticizing Dhanush’s actions. She expressed disappointment over the demand for Rs. 10 crore for a three second clip in the documentary trailer.
The legal battle and her strong statements have grabbed widespread attention, leaving fans curious about the unfolding events.
